We would like to have a setting similar to SirsiDynix Symphony that only allows renewals within a window such as 3 days before the due date. This stops abuse of renewals (for other policy reasons we renew from the due date so people can renew multiple times). This is probably something that needs to be done in Polaris and reflected inVega.
