We have many patrons who come to us saying that an item is available but did not see that it was actually checked out because they just saw the name and couldn't see the symbol.

With a more complete year by year look, it's easier to see if an item has consistant circs or if its one with high first & second year numbers but very low ones later. Particularly helpful for in-house use too.

I agree, this would be helpful for those who don't care which format of an item they receive. I've seen this with patrons who are requesting the book and the Audiobook and don't care which comes first.
