Add Help Text for the Nickname Field to explain what it does to a patron's profile display.

Hi,

We have a report of a patron assuming editing the nickname in the profile would edit the username. It doesn't and it is confusing to have it there without knowing what it is supposed to do. We did find that it is useful for identifying the owner of a showcase and of course changing the logged in name; however, non of this is really clear. We think it would make the profile settings more understandable to have a ? icon with a description of what editing / adding a nickname does and where it will show up. This ? icon already exists at many fields throughout the profile. Please see attached.
