I think what Kurt is suggesting would be the ideal method. Patrons choosing "any edition" want the soonest available copy, so why NOT attach the hold to all bibs as a grouped hold request?

We just went through what Frank described. Staff are frustrated, and it makes the implementation team look uninformed or unreliable. Please fix this.

@Amy, this is where we are, too. As a municipal department, we don't have our own IT, and our city IT is never going to agree with the Leap Offline setup.
This is also key for patrons who use more than one library. If both libraries use Vega Interact, notifications for two different library accounts will be treated by their phone interface as though they are from the same sender.
