Do not display personal info openly on Account Tab.
We have complaints about the Account View in the Account portal showing patron personal info at the top of the screen that cannot be minimized. Customers who login to place holds in the library using our catalog kiosks are particularly upset by this data displaying. It really pertains to anyone who would like privacy on their screen while using Vega. Please put the personal information for the patron behind an edit or view action or tab. The information is so large it is easily seen by anyone walking by. This is big for us for patron privacy.

Many of our patrons are uncomfortable with having their personal information displayed so prominently in the account portal. Having this hidden behind a tab or allowing the option for patrons to remove this info from view in their account would be preferable.
In addition, many of our staff will often use our own accounts to demonstrate different functions on the catalog so we'd prefer not to have our own personal info out there when trying to help a patron learn how to use a feature.

Our customers are complaining that the customer information is too big in the Account Portal. They say it is too easy for other people to see when logging in on library computers and it requires them to scroll too much for other information. They are asking that we make that particular information smaller.

We have had multiple complaints from people logging into the Account Portal on our library computers that their customer information appears too large and too easy for other people to see. It also means they have to scroll a lot for other information. They would like their personal information to be smaller and take up less space on the screen.
