  1. Enable Block Duplicate Holds functionality in Inn-Reach

    It would be extremely helpful if this feature from Millennium/Sierra could be ported to the Inn-Reach central server configuration as multiple holds on the same title for a single borrowing patron can cause issues with local servers.

    For consortiums: It would be helpful if the first five (5) digits of library barcodes for INN-Reach patron requests could coordinate with the codes used.
    Polaris has an enhancement request available, according to our state ILL system, to allow for all (ILL) requests to be sent to and picked up from a patron’s home library only. Polaris can coordinate the RIDES codes (our state delivery company) and first five (5) digits of a library's barcode so that patron ILL requests will only be allowed to be sent to their home library for pick up.
