It's not clear that availability in this context means available to borrow now, not available as in owned by a library. Either make it so this filter makes it clear that we are talking about available to borrow now, or remove it because it's very confusing when you're a patron who isn't spending time playing around with the catalog to understand the nuances of it. The way it's worded also just makes it seem like you're simply filtering by whether an item is a physical format or a digital one.
