Stop including subject headings from suppressed API-sourced econtent records
We came across situations where incomplete/unauthorized subject headings (see attached) from suppressed OverDrive API-sourced records are appearing as Topics in the record for the print version of the same title, even when it isn't rolling up with our ILS-sourced econtent record for the same title (see attached). We were told that even though we have our own ILS record for the title with those subject headings removed, and the API record that has those subject headings is suppressed, the content from that suppressed API record is still being passed through to Vega, and it is connected to the print record somehow (which is currently rolled up separately).
We have over 50,000 econtent records in our ILS, many of which don't roll up with the print version because of discrepancies that we simply don't have the time to correct, other than here and there when we catch it. So instead we would like the suppressed API records to simply stop passing through the subject headings, since they are incomplete/unauthorized and we have no way of editing them, like we do with our own MARC records.
