link Sierra's view public display with Vega Discover
Technical Services and Public Service Staff used the "View public display" with Vega Discover on a regular basis when conducting reference interviews with the public. After moving to Vega Discover, the "View public display" option only connect with WebPac. That really isn't the catalogue we want to promote to our users.
Scenario:
Staff will conduct reference interview with Public using Sierra. Once they find the record they want, they can use "View Public Display" to go directly to the Vega record. This is missed by many (and would have been a great tool to help staff engage with the new catalogue).

If you are on Sierra 5.5 or higher and I'm sure you are, you can in fact link to Vega Discover from Sierra.
