We have had several customers state that the error message that displays when you try to renew an item that cannot be renewed is misleading and "makes them feel like they have done something wrong". The image is fine, but we just want to change the text around the image. The customer has not really made an error - it is just that the item they want to renew cannot be renewed because there are holds on the title. [Note: I cannot attach the image and have tried various formats. The image text says "ERROR" and shows a woman at a circulation desk.
