Make it easier for patrons to see all copies of a title (and their return dates).
We get a lot of questions of patrons asking how they can see when a copy of a title is due to be returned.
Right now, in order to find this information, patrons need to click:
1. "Find Specific Edition" (we changed this through translation customization to "Find Specific Edition/Copy", but it doesn't really help due to step 2)
2. Click the small arrow to the left of the edition to fold out the information. The small arrow is not very intuitive, especially since the "details"-button is where users expect to find this information.
To make things worse, in the mobile version, you need to scroll to the right to see the return date. And because of the clickable I-button (under "Details") that doesn't display a lot of interesting details from a user-perspective, it is nearly impossible for an average user to stumble upon the return date of a copy.
One suggestion is to have the "Find a copy"-button always visible (even when no copies are available) and the resulting view to include checked out copies and the due dates.
Another solution could be to show all editions by default (same view as now when "Find a specific edition" is clicked) and a button added (ex. "See all copies") that does the job the small arrow does now.
