Automatic notification for holds on missing items
If there is a bib record with a single item and that item is marked missing or lost and that item has a hold placed on it, the system should automatically cancel that hold if it hasn't been fulfilled within 14 days (especially in the case of a missing item) and notify the patron that the hold is being cancelled due to the item no longer being available. It would be one less thing that staff would have to manually keep track of and make it quicker for patrons to know that they won't be getting an item.

Ideally, I'd want to ability to choose the time period after which the system will automatically cancel the hold. 2 weeks would be too soon for our system. But I'd love the ability to do this and set our own time period for it to happen within.
