Disallow patrons from cancelling bookings after start time. Patrons cancel bookings mid-run, then resumbit to get around daily limits.
We'd like the ability to disallow patrons from cancelling bookings after the start time. Crafty patrons cancel their booking near the end time, then sumbit a new booking to get around the daily limit.
