List reading/checkout history as an option under Profile
On behalf of Riverside County Library: List reading/checkout history as a bullet point under Profile (along with holds, fines, linked accounts, etc.). If patrons don't currently have items checked out, they don't think to look under Checkouts for their reading history.

In accordance with the Idea Graduation Workflow guidelines agreed upon by Innovative and IUG, this idea has been closed because it was submitted more than two years ago and has not been selected for inclusion in the product.

Yes please, patrons are asking for a more user friendly way to find their checkout history

In the 2023.1 release. History will still be found under the ‘loans’ section within My Account. When navigating here, the patron can filter the results by 6 months, 12 months, 5 years, or all.
Separate menu option is under review as an enhancement.
