It would be very helpful to have a visual heatmap or click map overlay feature within email campaign reporting. This would allow users to see, at a glance, which areas and links within an email are receiving the most engagement — displayed directly on top of the email design.
Why it matters: Currently, link-level click data is available but requires reviewing a list of URLs. A visual heatmap overlay would make it much faster and more intuitive to identify which content and calls-to-action are resonating with subscribers. This would help marketers make quicker, more informed decisions when optimizing future campaigns — particularly valuable for organizations like libraries that run diverse community programs and need to understand what content drives the most engagement.
