Net Promoter Score (NPS)
It would be great if we could use Promote to send Net Promoter Score surveys to random patrons after they use libraries services.
Bonus would be if after they rate service there is both a path for the customer and staff. Patron would receive a push to promote the library through social media if great score or ask if they would like to have library reach out to them about their concerns. For the staff end it would be nice to set staff members that would receive the rating especially the bad ones so they can be aware of issues even if the patron doesn't want to be contacted.
