Patron choice for full account visibility with each notice sent
We have received feedback from patrons regarding post-introduction of LX Starter, and one common complaint is that the new emails do not display the complete details of all items currently checked out on their account. While this change appeared logical to most patrons, as they only receive notifications for items requiring action, some individuals are still dissatisfied that we no longer send the full account information with each notification. To address this issue, implementing a feature in 'My Account' that allows patrons to toggle between receiving complete account details or streamlined notifications would be a valuable addition, helping to minimize these complaints.

Patrons like to see the full list of what is checked out to them. It reminds them that they better start reading some of the titles that have waiting lists.

This seems "easy" from an API standpoint at a high level. Notice queue comes into LX Starter, then an API call is sent to retrieve all items out and on hold, etc, adds those details to the notice and send...
I know, easier said than done but it is doable... please 🙏

This issue is the number one feedback we have received from customers. Many customer liked seeing the summary of items on hold, items out, etc. on the notices. They felt like each notice gave them a clear picture and an additional reminder about other items out.
