Vega Mobile Worklists users would like to be able to use the Mobile Worklists application as a Self-Service kiosk that library patrons can use to scan their library patron barcode, then checkout books and renew current checkouts.

As a Mobile Worklists Staff user, I can use the Mobile Worklists application on a device such as an ipad to set up a self-service kiosk. 
As a Patron using a Mobile Worklists app for self-service I can scan my patron barcode and view my patron info. 
As a Patron using a Mobile Worklists app for self-service I can checkout materials to myself by scanning item barcodes or RFID tags.
