An error occurred while saving the comment Kimberly Allen commentedAudit trails protect both the user and the library. The downside is that they can devour disk space. You mentioned being able to retroactively review these. Is there a particular log retention period that would make sense to you?

An error occurred while saving the comment Kimberly Allen commentedGiven the current pushback against libraries in our communities, this is one way to communicate our value to all of our patrons, not just those who stop at the circ desk.

An error occurred while saving the comment Kimberly Allen commentedOur library does not rely on vendor addresses stored in Sierra as we are required to use the addresses stored in an institutional app. However, this makes good sense. It's more efficient and less prone to error than switching back and forth between screens.

An error occurred while saving the comment Kimberly Allen commentedAt the moment we are not nearing our cap. However, we are adding more vendors to electronic invoicing. So this could be useful to us in the future.

An error occurred while saving the comment Kimberly Allen commentedThis would be helpful. Currently our orders person manually reviews all funds once per month and more often between Christmas and June to determine if funds are nearing/over limits so that adjustments can be made. Getting these pop ups would be a time saver.

We had this problem so often, that our Sierra admin created an app which allows the users whose Sierra login name matches their institutional login name to authenticate and reset their Sierra password. I also agree with Phil that there should be the option to block this for shared accounts. I could see a student worker hitting a reset overnight and the morning shift are toast.
