   Suppressing these records is critical for our consortium. We do not offer Hoopla as a county-wide subscription, and we definitely do not want the content displayed to patrons who do not have access.

   As a System Admin, managing the RFID Server Options Table for the libraries in our consortium can be difficult, and mistakes have been made due to the number of entries. Adding a free-text field would allow us to eliminate the extra documentation maintained outside of Sierra and track updates to the table.

    We also had a request for the Library Card Expiration date to be displayed on the My Account and the My Barcode pages of the App. Patrons can access this information in their online accounts through WebPAC, Encore, and Vega. By incorporating the expiration date into the mobile app interface, we empower users to manage their library accounts more proactively and ensure uninterrupted access to library resources.
