Displaying order record information from the ILS directly in Vega, particularly within the Collection Sites, would significantly enhance the patron experience. This would provide patrons with more accurate and up-to-date availability information, aligning Vega with the level of detail currently offered in the WebPAC and Encore.

As needed by PayPal's Hosted checkout pages, we have a minimum requirement of $1.01 for e-commerce transactions in the WebPAC. Requiring whole dollar amounts can be confusing for patrons.

We have 36 Accounting Units within our 54-member consortium. This information would help our libraries manage collection development with limited budgets. Knowing how many copies neighboring libraries have ordered, they can allocate their funds more effectively. They can confidently use their budget for other needs, knowing that nearby libraries can fill holds for their patrons.

I agree that the focus on the first available format can confuse patrons. It would be more user-friendly to default to the book tab unless a specific format is selected to narrow down the results.
