I like the idea a LOT, but I think we need to be specific as to exactly where this popup will appear before asking Innovative to estimate development effort.. I would like to see it on an item detail record when hovering over the loan rule field, as well as in the Loan Rule Determiner table and of course the Loan Rule table itself.

Elaine, could you explain the benefit of this idea? For starters, what does it mean to check a URL? I have seen the feature in Sierra, but don't understand its purpose. Thank you.

It seems to me that a more comprehensive solution would be to add Charge Type to the user-defined sets of codes (Admin menu > Parameters > General > Fixed-length Codes), if it isn't in there already.
