Not having the functionality of Rapid Receipt is keeping our libraries from using Leap for acquisitions, causing staff to have to go back to the Polaris client for receiving. This is especially discouraging to newer staff who prefer to use Leap.

It would be really good customer service to be able to communicate with patrons about why their hold was canceled within the default email. Great idea!

This is so important. Currently, vendor series in a 490 field such as "Thorndike Press large print dynamic drama" displays for the entire roll-up, even though it only applies to the large print edition of the title, not the standard print, audio, or e-resource. This is incorrect and very confusing to catalog users.
