Our patrons have complained that it is redundant to have to click "Log in" only to bring up another window with a button that says "Sign in" that actually takes you to the login page. We support the adoption of the Polaris-style login page for all instances of Discover or at least a change to remove the middle step for signing in.

My preferences would be:
Whenever a patron is logged in, the default library in the library info widget should be the patron's home library.
For collection sites, we should be able to choose a different "guest library location default" (the default that shows when no one is logged in) than the one set at the main site level.
For kiosk sites, the library associated with the kiosk should be the default, whether or not someone is logged in.

Newest First seems to be the general standard across the internet, such as in an online store's wish list, a streaming site's watch list, etc.

I forgot to add: these inconveniences don't make a big difference if you have one location to manage, but they add up when you need to update 50+ libraries. They would be very helpful for the workflow of consortia.
