Improved User Access Management
As a System Administrator managing over 100 Collection Sites, identifying which assets a user has access to requires manually checking every single site. This is prohibitively time-consuming and leads to errors when editing, auditing, or deleting user accounts and Collection Sites. A Centralized User Access Management feature would help audit and efficiently manage user permissions across all Vega Discover assets. Ideally, the feature should allow staff to:
1. Select a User
2. View a comprehensive list of all associated Collection Sites, Kiosks, and Showcases the user has access to.
3. Manage those access points centrally (e.g., bulk removal of access) from this single view.
This will eliminate manual checks, significantly reduce administrative time, and ensure all access points are accurately accounted for when managing permissions.

I agree this is important for consortia. I would also like it to be integrated with LX Starter. The same user accounts can have access to both platforms, so it would make sense to be able to see everything about an account in one place.
Currently, I have a user account that has access to some LX Starter site, but I can't figure out which one. The only way to find it seems to be to trying to log into each of the 67 sites.

It is currently very difficult to find and manage the number of users we have, and we anticipate having more users in the future. We need to be able to effectively manage our users. It's very important that we can quickly and easily find a user and remove permissions when a staff member leaves a library.
