Incorrect Image Displaying for DVDs and Music CDs
Incorrect images for DVDs and music CDs are displaying in Sierra because the UPC is being truncated, which creates an issue when it matches a book ISBN.

We have reviewed the examples mentioned in this request and found that cover images based on UPC are already supported in Sierra 5.3 and newer versions.
If this feature is not working as expected, a support ticket should be submitted to Innovative and we will investigate. Any support ticket should include specific examples of the UPC number(s) in the bibliographic records and the titles of the cover images that are displaying in error.

It turns out that this is not working, but the problem is at Syndetics, not Sierra.

We are on 6.0 and it is not fixed in our system. I've opened a support ticket, but I really don't think this was ever fixed.
