We've had the exact same experience! We discovered the problem with the attached titles, but looking back at the example brought up by the original author, that title is also impacted in our catalog.

It turns out that this is not working, but the problem is at Syndetics, not Sierra.

We are on 6.0 and it is not fixed in our system. I've opened a support ticket, but I really don't think this was ever fixed.
