    This continues to be a growing issue for us, to the point where we're considering cutting online registration entirely. While that would have negative impacts on critical parts of our community - especially the homebound - having no ability to proactively manage who can apply for an account eats up staff time, diminishes goodwill, and increases costs. I'm disappointed to see this is still under review for over a year.

    I also want to chime in on how important greater flexibility is. We're attempting to utilize the pick-up areas to ID requests for ADA-accessible lockers with our new lockers, and not being able to add that info to our in-transit slips is doubling the workload.
