    Disruption of a critical service such as email notification is high priority. This is bothersome to patrons and makes the service unreliable.

    We are planning to add the item cost to overdue notice data so it can be included in overdue notices sent through LX Starter as of Sierra 6.7.


    Additional changes will be needed in LX Starter before the new data can be included on emails for overdue items.

    Itemizing the costs would be helpful information for library users to have. Please add that merge tag option to the notices.

    Our library removes cache and cookies regularly as part of our security and privacy policy. There should be an option to disable this easily within the site management settings- an on off switch.

    We are a large consortia and our locations should be listed in alphabetical order to provide consistency and make it easier for all the communities to find items in their location.
