I would also love to have a way to reset the hard bounce counter or otherwise add an indication that an issue has been resolved. As emails accumulate, especially as part of a consortium where a patron may not belong to my library, it would be very helpful if we could either remove a patron from the list of bounced emails or have a way to quickly see if an issue is ongoing or resolved.
