Allow a popup note for certain material types on self-checkout machines
For certain material types, it would be helpful to have a note pop up at self-check machines to make patrons aware of the condition of certain items. An example would be a notice like: "Some items are locked. Please see a staff member to unlock." It would still let them check it out, so it'd be different from a block.
