Schedule and allow us to set "send to" for Vega Analytics through our staff portal rather than requiring Clarivate intervention
We've learned that we can request our Vega analytics from our site manager, but we'd like to be able to schedule and set send to within the staff backend.

As a Vega Admin, I can see analytics for Vega Discover using a dashboard that I can dig into for more data. I can export all data or export the data for each data point individually. As a Site Admin for a Consortia or Premium collection site, I can see analytics for all locations or filter to specific collection sites.Acceptance Criteria:
Self-service, no III staff needed to view
Premium and consortia libraries can view all data or limit to a specific collection site
