Add a Playaway Tab to Rollup
Add a separate tab (alongside audiobook, book, large type, etc) for Playaways. Strictly speaking, they are an audiobook, but they are a very different format from audiobook CDs so having them both rollup into the audiobook tab isn't ideal for patrons interested in one or the other. And to keep a Playaway from automatically rolling up requires adding unnecessary verbiage in the 245 field.

For Sierra Libraries: You must create a PlayAway Material Type in Sierra and apply this Material Type to playaway bibs. This will cause the playaway material type bibs to be able to have their own tab in Vega Discover. This should all happen automatically but you can use the Material Type settings to mark the new PlayAway type as a 'book' type work, and choose whether it displays as PlayAway or whether these bibs are included in existing format groups such as audiobook. Choosing 'other' for the Format Group will use the default Material Type name of PlayAway for the tab. Choosing Audiobook or Audio CD will merge PlayAway bibs with one of these format tabs -- which is likely not desired.
For Polaris Libraries: This is currently not possible because Polaris doesn't have a Playaway TOM. You should request a Playaway TOM for Polaris. Once one exists you would be able to use the workflow described above for have PlayAway TOM bibs in a separate PlayAway tab in textual works.
