Make the pickup area visible and modifiable for patron holds.
We are very happy that patrons can now use Vega to specify a hold pickup area but once the hold is placed, this is not visible in their list of holds and if they try to modify the hold pickup location, the option to choose the pickup area is not available either. This will be a problem for people.
