Reading History (if enabled by library) should be its own menu option, vs. buried under Checkouts. If you have a lot of items currently checked out (and several managed/added accounts), you may not even realize Reading History is there.

While you could feasibly adjust AccountPanel_Loans string to say Checkouts & Reading History, it makes not sense if the patron hasn't opted in to it, and also does not remove the problem of having to scroll down through your checkouts to notice it.
