Ability for two notice schedules one for weekdays and other for weekends
LX Starter has only one scheduler for seven days. Add the ability to have a weekday scheduler (Monday – Friday) to send queued notices and a separate weekend scheduler to send queued notices at different times.
Example: Weekdays Monday through Friday Library sends out notices 9:00am through 8:00pm on Weekends Saturday & Sunday Library sends out notices 10:00am through 6:00pm.

To piggyback on this, LX Starter should examine the system 'Days Closed' table, and refrain from sending notices on those days. Right now we have emailed bills going out on Christmas Day, etc. if we forget to disable the job in LX Starter, which isn't a good look.

I would strongly prefer to not send notices on Sunday mornings when the library is closed, or certain notices anytime on Sundays in summer when the library is closed all day. Look at how i-Tiva has designed its scheduling; that is a very flexible system.

It would be great to add a schedule per day, as hours can vary from day to day.
