resend notices
The ability to retry sending a notice after you update an email address. I deal with student patron records. We send all notices to the students email accounts - however, after they are no longer a student there student email is shut off. However, many if not all of them have alternative email addresses in their student records. So we could resend the notice to the alt-email.

We've had notices soft bounce for several days due to quotas by email service providers. Sometimes they become hard bounces when the emails can't go through because the quota is hit everyday and only a trickle of the previous day(s) backlog get sent. It would be great to be able to unblock valid email addresses in these types of situations.

It would be great to be able to manually resend with the new email address once you made an update. Often notices that Fail have minor but obvious typos in the email address and these can be fixed when you notice them in the activity log, but right now, that doesn't help get the current notice to the patron.

We have had notices bounce because of an error in the email address. When you correct the email in LX Started the notice still does not reach the patron. It would be great to have a resend option.
