   We've had notices soft bounce for several days due to quotas by email service providers. Sometimes they become hard bounces when the emails can't go through because the quota is hit everyday and only a trickle of the previous day(s) backlog get sent. It would be great to be able to unblock valid email addresses in these types of situations.

   This would help when dealing with a multitude of bounces, especially for certain email service providers that have quota limits. We've found that soft bounces can turn into hard bounces if the same email address is consistently undeliverable. Being able to identify when staff have dealt with the hard bounces would be helpful in managing these issues.
