@Eric Gotcha. I was thinking from the work flow perspective, but i do understand your concern about privacy. The workflow possibilities at this point with LX starter are non-existent.

Our bounced emails are checked only by staff members, so I don't think privacy is an issue. The notice has already been emailed, it just has "bounced" to a different box, which is only check by library staff. So the ability to quickly print or forward a bounced notice would be very beneficial and would save staff members time.

We are planning to add the item cost to overdue notice data so it can be included in overdue notices sent through LX Starter as of Sierra 6.7.
Additional changes will be needed in LX Starter before the new data can be included on emails for overdue items.

For the courtesy notice comment: I was told by III that is what fine notices do and overdue notices are for libraries that don't exact fines. Not that I agree with them but that is their rational. We send out both.

The export should have limiters, for example a list for one particular library branch and export all the information you would need to access a patron/student record and post a bill or fine in a separate system such as Banner.

@Kayla I was basically thinking in terms of a way to print a paper copy of the exact notice if a patron wants another copy (or you want to give it to them because they didn't get it)
