An error occurred while saving the comment Pam Wells commented@Eric Gotcha. I was thinking from the work flow perspective, but i do understand your concern about privacy. The workflow possibilities at this point with LX starter are non-existent.
An error occurred while saving the comment Pam Wells commentedOur bounced emails are checked only by staff members, so I don't think privacy is an issue. The notice has already been emailed, it just has "bounced" to a different box, which is only check by library staff. So the ability to quickly print or forward a bounced notice would be very beneficial and would save staff members time.

An error occurred while saving the comment Pam Wells commentedFor the courtesy notice comment: I was told by III that is what fine notices do and overdue notices are for libraries that don't exact fines. Not that I agree with them but that is their rational. We send out both.

An error occurred while saving the comment Pam Wells commentedThis is also important for people who change their names due to marriage, domestic partnership, divorce, or just want or need. I have had to tell a cataloger either she has to keep the name of her former husband or completely get a new account. Catalogers use their initials tracked in Sierra to see who edited a record last, so having the same initials throughout is very important to them for clarity and accountability.

@Kayla I was basically thinking in terms of a way to print a paper copy of the exact notice if a patron wants another copy (or you want to give it to them because they didn't get it)
