branch level notice messaging in LX Starter
LX Starter should include branch level notice customization for all types of notices - holds, almost due, overdue, billing.
Idea Value:
This would give libraries the ability to strategically message different customer groups.
At our library, this branch level feature is currently available in the Polaris ILS. We have a branch that offers delivery services for holds and we used the custom messaging for this purpose. Now that we are on LX Starter, the default message that works for most of our branches (come pick it up) does not work for this branch (it will be delivered on...).

Thank you for your suggestion.
If each branch would like to have its own set of notice templates to design and customize, please submit a support ticket to request a switch to a multi-library notice management system.
This will provide an LX Starter site for each branch, allowing them to design their own notice templates. LX Starter will send notices based on the branch location and their corresponding templates to patrons. You can learn more about how it works here. Although you are not a consortia, this system will still work for individual library systems.
