Yes, We request that the new language selection feature be modified. Some patrons have already selected languages we do not offer, requiring us to contact Innovative Support to fix the records. If this issue is not resolved, we will need to continuously monitor the situation and open support tickets for cleanup. Please consider enhancing this feature so patrons can only select languages we provide, preventing future record corrections and still being able to set item language. We want to avoid an ongoing need to use staff time and Innovative's resources to fix incorrect language selections.

Yes, this is great to hear. I ended up changing my importance simply because we too have found a need for this type of feature and are looking to "hack" the existing notices with additional text that we need to communicate with the patrons receiving these notices.

The password reset improvements on the PAC with v7.3+ are great, having an API call to trigger the reset event would be even better as mentioned here. Would love to see login screens like Innovative Mobile be able to leverage this method.

Even if the Spanish translation needs to be set in both Vega Discover and Innovative Mobile, the ability for Innovative Mobile to translate these navigational elements is important.

The ability to translate field data should not be limited to select fields. Adding translation to the Description Text field and all fields is a must for proper translation needs. While Innovative Mobile does offer some fields for translation, the example provided is a great start to adding full translation features.

Hey Pam, I get it but added the Patron Name just expands the scope of privacy review/audit. You want a method to identify the account that bounces and when an email address is on multiple accounts you need the unique identifier, which is where barcode and or patron id comes in without expanding the scope of privacy. Like I said, the idea does have value but adding the name is not something I would want added, that's all :)

While I think the idea has a benefit, I would not want to see the Patron Name in the email, however adding the barcode and/or patron ID keeping the Patron Name private would be preferred.

Receipts being emailed from LX Starter would be a great addition. I see from the Product Board, that "Additional Notice Types" does not include receipts. Adding receipts and any other emails from the ILS to the customer/patron is a must for moving to LX Starter.

Testing this with version 2023.1, I get a text on the results page that reads "No items matched your search terms" and the app stays on the results page until I act on one of the options, like search. I agree with Danielle it would be nice to offer a link to a "Suggest a Purchase" site.
