    In addition, we would like to be able to print the bill and mail it for those patrons who are simply not "opening" their email.

    We end up sending individual emails to patrons when their hold is about to expire. It would be nice to automate this so that we can prevent issues.

    We have had this exact issue. Most libraries want to be able to charge a patron for damaging items. However, once checked in the INN-Reach information is lost.
