An error occurred while saving the comment Amanda Payne commentedI would like to add that this has been pretty disruptive to our patrons who want to receive text notices and have an email address in their account as well. Since it automatically updates to "phone" preference, these patrons can potentially receive unwanted phone calls. We are able to update their accounts and explain the situation but only if they reach out to us first.
