    We only use LX starter for reminder notices because of this issue. Patrons are beyond frustrated, and staff feel unable to help.

    Even if we can't directly place the hold back in on the patron's account like in-house hold, the history would be so helpful.

    It would also be nice if the default image did not show a book for other item types.
