Im not sure how realistic this would be for Leap. If leap is offline, it wouldnt have a connection to find/look for a Patron name that may be connected to a barcode number. The only way this would be possible is if each computer had a file saved on it that had every Barcode and customer name mapped together for a local search.

I have staff asking for this update all the time at our branches and within some departments. Would love to see it implemented.

Additionally, this same loss of the Shelf Location column occurs when printing Item Record sets. Our staff print lists (we dont use tablets) for pulling items and often depend on the Shelf Location column. But when printing from an Item Record set. Shelf Location is NOT displayed and is not printed. Making us have to resort to a custom made report in the Polaris Staff Client instead. We would like to stick to Leap.

We would like to have this as well, but would also like the pronouns easily available and viewable at a glance on Leap as it makes it easier for our staff to address people with proper pronouns.
I would suggest having the pronouns listed beside the Patrons name, or within the Info box that is available when hovered over on the patron profile in leap. (picture attached for reference)

This issue is impacting our staff and customers from being able to receive email and Text Message notifications. The LX Starter email notices force the Patrons notification option to change to "phone 1". Since polaris uses email to send out text notifications, if that email that was marked as spam is on the list, it completely negates the option for text messages. And we have no recourse to correct this unless customers use or make a different or new email address. Which is way too much to ask a customer to do just to receive library notifications.
Ultimately, this issue makes our library look bad in the eyes of our customers and we would like to have this one resolved. I would call this a critical issue. Its not only causing ill will with our customer base, but its using staff time and resources to deal with the conflicts caused by this issue.
Also the fact that this has been an issue for nearly 2 years now and has not been remedied is very concerning. We may consider dropping LX Starter all together.
