   Our patrons have complained about this also. The feedback we have received is having the shelf location appear at all times - even when all copies are out - would make browsing for similar items much easier.

    Getting similar feedback at our library as well, our power users in particular want to be able to sort by the hold expiry date to better plan unfreezing holds in sequence.

    Within the account view, allow patrons to select multiple holds. Provide the ability to bulk cancel / bulk freeze / bulk unfreeze the selected titles.
