    I agree with Phil. The roll-ups have been problematic on a number of levels, especially getting records from e vendors that don't quite match. (And don't get me started on travel books) With no clear way of forcing MARC into FRBR, this was bound to be the case. Hopefully though, instituting this proposal will make it somewhat easier to catalogue Travel books without imagining a whole new title or adding a 110 that doesn't really exist.
