   I don't know why this hasn't been implemented already! We had an Admin account locked out of their account by accident due to this. Luckily another staff member was able to put in a ticket to figure out what was going on. There should also be a way for someone with Admin access to override the 30 minute limit.

   As the person who mails out the overdue notices, it would also be useful if I miss a week- on vacation, closed for weather/holiday/etc. That way I can have access to all overdue notices and someone doesn't get a 2nd notice without a 1st one.

   I have many coworkers lament that item record sets don't contain authors- looking for items that don't have a traditional call number (ex pictures books that have a the authors last inital as the only marking) is more difficult that way, or trying to use a record set for a display and wanting to make sure there is a balance, so it is not all the same author.
