Custom keyboard shortcuts / hotkeys
It would be wonderful to be able to customize keyboard shortcuts per user.
I don't typically use 90% of Polaris features, and the other 10% I use very frequently, and most of those features don't have any hotkeys associated with them.

There is a lot of clicking in Polaris compared to other ILS's I have used. While I know you offer the Keyboard feature in the Help menu it seems like the ones that would be used the most often are the ones that are the most difficult to use. Ctrl+Shift+(a key) doesn't seem "quicker" than just clicking.

There's already a few useful hotkeys (adding a delimiter, adding a tag, and deleting a tag are the handiest), but there are many more that would be extremely useful to do via hotkey instead of mousing - checking headings, checking duplicates, and jumping to the top or bottom of the record would all be enormous time-savers, as well as more ergonomically-friendly.
