SimplyReports: Add "Not Present" option for Shelf Locations
In the Item reports, some general filters categories, such as Stat Code, have a Not Present option. This allows staff to report by Collection Code or Material Type and exclude unwanted Stat Codes. It would be helpful to have the same option to exclude Shelf Locations.

This will be helpful in identifying lists of items with no shelf location.

Yes, this is important when trying to isolate items with a shelf location of "None" - we can select all the listed collection codes and select "not present".
