Save and Action items in bib MARC workform (Leap)
The MARC views for most full bib records are longer than the screen and require scrolling when editing. It would be helpful if the Save (and other important actions) either stayed available at the top of the page (as they do in the compare tool) or were repeated at the bottom of the record. This would save having to scroll back to the top of the record to select Save, Duplicate Check, etc.

Not being able to click save or check for duplicates from the end of lengthy bib records makes it difficult to reconcile provisional bibs records in Leap. We use local 9xx notes to indicate bib control numbers to either overlay or leave as is -- it would be great if we could complete actions on the bib while still being able to see those notes.
