Place hold on bib from find tool or record set
It would be useful to be able to select a bib record from a record set or from Find Tool results and place a hold from there. Possibly add this function to the More Actions menu.

I think this is really important - right now Leap requires staff to open a bib to place a hold rather than doing so from search results, and opening it locks it for all other staff. This is already interfering with our acquisitions processes when public staff open bibs to place holds while acquisitions staff are trying to place orders for additional copies.
